Super cheap, friendliest ward, and close to campus!

The lease goes until August 12th 2027! It is an 3 Bed 1.5 Bath floorplan. The apartments come fully furnished and there is a gigantic closet for extra storage. The price is $375 a month with a $70 flat-rate for utilities which only comes out to be $445 a month with no extra hidden fees! It is a 12 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, a 14 minute walk to the BYU campus. Amenities include TWO fridges, an on-site gym, pool, clubhouse with a printer, Google Fiber, dishwasher, and on-site washer/dryers! The management is incredibly friendly and the maintenance is fast and efficient! Roommates and I have put in repair requests and have had them show up as soon as 10 minutes later. The ward is incredible and have given themselves the goal to be "the friendliest ward in the church", and it honestly makes it true, lol. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message!!
