🏡 The Den 5x5 Lease Takeover — Girl Only (3 min walk from campus)

🏡 The Den 5x5 Lease Takeover — Girl Only Hi everyone!! I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease at The Den for the spring semester since I’ll be studying abroad in London! ✈️🇬🇧 I live in a 5x5 at The Den, literally right across the street from Baylor, and my rent is $780/month with parking (parking can be removed if you don’t need it!). You’d have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and the apartment is fully furnished with a washer/dryer in the unit. My roommates are my best friends and amazing!! They’re super friendly, clean, and easy to live with, so I’m really hoping to find someone who will fit in well with them! 🤍 The location is also unbeatable for Baylor. You can walk across the street to campus, and The Den has a pool, gym, study spaces, and everything else you’d need. I’d love to find someone who’s interested, so please message me if you’re looking for spring housing or know someone who is! I’m happy to send pictures of my specific room and apartment, answer questions, or give you more details! 🫶🏼
