Very Nice Apartment Near UVU

This apartment is in the perfect location and is beautiful inside! Here we have a newly renovated and full kitchen readily stocked for any cooking, and a nice bathroom with plenty of space for anything you need! The Shared room right now is only occupied by me, so if you buy my lease you will be paying the shared room price for a whole private room! There is tons of storage in the room. I have had no problem keeping all of my things stored away nicely. The apartment is across the street from UVU, the Frontrunner Station, a Walmart, and the Orem Temple if that interests you! The Facility provides a bus that takes you to UvU every hour as well! There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment to take you to BYU if you would like! My roommates are amazing! They are very clean and quiet. But they will plan activities and invite you as well if you are wanting. I am willing to pay for the sign on fees for anyone who is able to buy my contract! I really want to move home to help my family out otherwise I would be staying here forever!
