Ready to move in this month!! The rate is lower than normal if compared to if you apply to the apartment itself!! Student housing. Shared men’s room available at Raintree starting in August! Arguably the best apartment at Raintree. The roommates are awesome and the view looks right out to the waterfall and pond. Right next to the clubhouse and amenities. Raintree has a huge parking lot, and you’re always guaranteed a parking spot. It was recently renovated and we just got brand new couches as well. They’re always planning fun activities with lots of food and free stuff. There’s tons of amenities (see pictures) and it’s super social. There is a free bus to BYU campus and it’s already very close.
