I have a contract for sell. I don't have any info on the building or the room as I signed the lease on June 23rd and on July 7th was accepted into the RCL program and now they won't let me out of the lease and I haven't even paid the deposit or anything they are requiring me to sell it or pay it so I am needing to sell it!
