In our 18 years here, we have almost always had excellent maintenance people and very responsive management. With various plumbing problems and other environmental issues, staff has always been helpful in resolving incidents and issues. We like living here.

My family and I have lived here for two years now and this is more than just an apartment complex. It’s a community. Yes it’s big, but neighbors tend to stay to themselves and not get involved with drama as in other places we’ve lived. The neighborhood is beautifully maintained, the amenities are amazing, the office management team goes out of their way to work with people and it’s great having maintenance for household issues. I highly recommend this community.

Confusing app for requesting maintenance assistance. No recognition by maintenance staff that work order was received Saturday 6/28 and then I got an automated text telling me that I requested maintenance assistance 3 times (sat, sun, mon), and the 3 work orders would be combined.
Maintenance finally called to schedule to check out the issue/problem the next day, Thursday. As he checked out the dishwasher, he said something about it being too old to fix and that he would see if he could order a replacement. Today is Saturday, we still are unsure if we will have a running dishwasher.
While I am aware that there are many apartments that your company has to service, a phone call is easily possible to confirm situations and provide minimal customer service obligations.

I have had a lot of questions to help me prepare for a move where I needed to identify and secure an apartment remotely. Matt Edwards has been an incredible resource. He is responsive, timely, and knowledgeable and has been a wonderful first impression. Thanks, Matt!

Overpriced and management is rude and nonresponsive. The parking is system is ridiculous. Each unit is allowed only one spot, regardless of how many tennents. They are making residents move our cars every 3 days to avoid being towed. I let them know I was parking in one of the vacant resident spots. They said I could not and rather than give me a time to repark, they put a tow notice on my car for 9am the very next morning instead of contacting me. They are cowards and unsympathetic to the needs of the residents. Also, the maintenance team drives their golf carts on the walking paths all day everyday. So, they are not available for guests to walk on or use for kids to ride their bikes. It looks like a nice courtyard but it is unusable. I feel very unappreciated as a paying resident. We'll be relocating in the spring for sure. If not sooner.
