My family has lived here for 5 years. I like the amenities the apartment has; I regularly use the gym and conference room and seasonally the pool. A city park is right across the way and a convenient bus stop right out front. There is plenty of parking and an overall safe feeling.
Maintenance request answered in good time, friendly office staff, and good upkeep of property.
In the last 6 months there has been new management. This has been a positive improvement. There is great email communication, monthly newsletter, and a more polished and friendly front desk/office experience. They are trying hard to build community with regular events and happening. The apartment itself is rather spacious and we have had a few things upgraded including our fridge, ceiling fan, and oven. They also have a club room that is really nice and we've used it for 2 of my child's birthdays.
Overall, I am happy we moved here when I was pregnant with my child for this to be the more family friendly area for us to live in.

Management and staff are always so kind and helpful. Maintenance fulfills your request quickly. Best price for sq ft in area! Right on bus line, beautiful park next door, and two blocks to the walking path at river. Been here for years and love it 😍

I wish I could share a positive experience here since this apartment is a good bang for your buck. But there were so many problems.
-Apartment was flee infested and we and our animals were bitten to shreds for monthsss. Even after carpet cleaning ourselves, flea treatment, flea baths and flea lights. We didn't get rid of them until we moved out
-Our car was STOLEN out of the parking lot parked right in from of the management office. There are NO cameras anywhere so help police solve the mystery of who stole our car within a 3 hour time frame of getting home and the police knocking on our door.
Things are constantly stolen out of the parking lot or off your porch and the management company is no help. But boy if you park back in you'll hear about it.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and my experience so far has been great. It is a nice complex, and I am glad I have a designated parking spot. I have a busy schedule, rely on email communication, and management has been responsive to my emails as well as helpful during the moving process. Management and maintenance folks have been nice and attentive to requests. It's too soon to comment on the neighborhood in general.

It's alright. The apartment is a decent size, the complex is cute, and parking is usually sufficient. The day to day experience is pleasant but definitely not worth full price. It's alright if you can get a deal. Management is extremely hit or miss. If you walk up to the office and there's more than one man in there, don't even bother going in. No one is helping you with anything. But if it's mostly/only women in, the experience will be great. Except I don't think anyone in there is doing paperwork. We lived here for 10 months before they realized that my boyfriend and I never got put on the lease, just our roommate. In order to fix it, we had to sign onto another year lease. Baffling. Anyway, the maintenance team is cool, they pretty much just replace major appliances left and right, no questions asked. I assume they do this because our unit is outdated. One time, we asked them to change our smoke detector batteries. Instead, they took one look at the smoke detectors and just replaced all 3 of them entirely. On the way out, one of the guys said the date on them was 2002. He didn't even know the building was that old.
