My husband and I have had the privilege of living at Oak Vale for just over 2 years, and we can safely say that is it the best apartment complex we have ever lived in! The complex is beautiful, under the canopy of huge trees and on the edge of a serene forest. Walking out the door of our apartment each day we are met with the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The complex is quiet and family friendly, and feels incredibly safe. We never had any issues with safety, package theft, or any other crime. We lived in one of the Phase II units, which we were very happy with. Our unit was spacious with a nice sized kitchen and living area, and lots of storage. The appliances were also nice with a quiet dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, full size washer/dryers, etc. Our only complaint was the dryer, which required several cycles before our cloths were fully dry, even after cleaning out the entire venting apparatus. Some of our friends in the complex experienced the same thing. Other than this minor complaint, everything else in the unit was great. The staff at Oak Vale are also some of the best you will find! The leasing office is very responsive, overly kind, helpful, and understanding. They have always been helpful with every question we have had, and they go above and beyond to make sure the community is safe, fun, and a wonderful place to live! Each member of the maintenance staff we have interacted with have also been extremely personable, kind, and helpful. Issues are fixed promptly and with care. There are not enough kind words we can say about living at Oak Vale, it has truly been the most wonderful home for the past 2 years, and has provided us friendships and memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Than you Oak Vale, we will miss you terribly!

You will see this is the best rated development in Corvallis on Google. There are multiple reasons for that. We have been living at Oak Vale for a couple of months and so far everything has gone as smoothly as possible. Erin and Nikita, from the management team, are really approachable and will deal with requests really quickly (especially maintenance). Yes, this is a place that WILL do maintenance when needed. Within a few weeks of arriving I realized our front foor lock was not working properly and had a small chance of breaking. It was replaced the day after by Matt, the maintenance team manager. Rent is a bit pricey but it does come with access to multiple services in the clubhouse (home cinema, small gym, reservable room for events, parcel storage, etc.), as well as a basketball courtyard, a small barbecue space, and a really affordable set of plots for residents looking to start a small veggie garden. Oh, and you get a great apartment with proper appliances, high vaulted ceilings (if you are on a phase II upper floor), a deck, granite countertops, and a lot of storage in all the right places! 1-YEAR EDIT: After having lived here over a year, we still love it as much! All of the above holds true!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Amazing property that's well kept, a quiet complex where I felt like I was waking up at summer camp every day, and fantastic management that was always super helpful and attentive to my needs as a resident (example: I remember one time going to ask the property manager about fixing a closet door that was being weird, leaving to go grocery shopping, then the door being fixed when I got home). Yes, it might not be as cheap as some of the more rundown, student-oriented housing, but if you want a quiet, clean and safe apartment complex where you feel like you're both valued as a resident AND maximizing the value on the money you spend each month on rent, Oak Vale is the place to be. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place.

Great loaction and good facilities. I love the basketball court and the common club house. My daughter loves the paly area for kids. The most key point is the nice staff there. We had a wonderful experience in this lovely community for more than 500 days. We had planned to stay only one year but encountered the pandemic. The manager Whitney is a very nice guy. She permitted us stay with a very flexible lease so we stay for more 180 days.

We moved in a few months ago and Oakvale has far surpassed our expectations in its amenities and staff friendliness. They've joyfully come and fixed our blinds and shower drain in under 24 hours of me emailing them and always offer a warm welcome when I come into the office. Thanks guys!
