My friends who live here say 4 stars. I'm visiting and I agree, really nice lobby, nice and clean, nice apartment style. The carpeting in some parts of the hallway look like they belong in a serial killer true crime episode, but I also kind of like it.

Steer Clear!
The management of these dated apartments is absolutely horrible and will hit you with crazy fees for every petty thing they can find. They will claim that the carpet needs to be replaced even after being professionally cleaned. They will even charge you inflated rates for light bulbs and to replace the air filter, a regular maintenance task. I honestly feel like this is a racket to take advantage of young college students trying to get a start in the world.

DO NOT RENT HERE. ITS A SCAM. I lived in Park plaza for two years and if the rent was about $500 less it would honestly be reasonable. Stacy is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered and is not at all organized or able to do her job. The elevator has serious issues to the point where the staff admitted to me that they refused to use it because it was so unsafe. About 50% of the time our water came out of our faucet brown and was completely in-potable. I went to the doctor after living there because I was dealing with some breathing issues and was told that I was being exposed to extreme black mold. After all of this they tried to charge me my final rent a second time after already taking it at the beginning of renting. And claims that I owe them over $400 in fees some thing I will now have to take them to court court. I also was not informed of any of these fees until well over 30 days after leaving. All in all this is by far the worst experience I have ever had renting and I am continuing to have issues months after moving out. In conclusion do not rent from here

Although the amenities and location make Park Plaza seem like a great place, the management was unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable.
After many email and phone correspondence, Stacy was still unaware of our move in day. When we showed up to sign the lease, she was a half an hour late, and didn't have any of our paperwork ready. She also never informed us of the amount of money that was required on move-in day.
Another incident was with our garbage disposal. She attempted to charge us for someone to fix our garbage disposal, even though it says nowhere in the lease that she is able to do that. The lease says that you are to report when something is broken or malfunctioning, which is what we did.
After she tried to increase our rent and we decided to move out, she asked if we would stay if she kept our rent the same price. Our experience with her was too negative to stay.
Overall, we have only had negative experiences with Stacy and the other management.

Summary: DON'T LIVE HERE.
I've lived here for a year, paying a very high rent for so I wasn't expecting that very bad experience while terminating my lease with them. I gave them almost 90 days notice, paid for professional cleaning more than 450 dollars and they refuse to give me back 15 days of my lease after I gave them the keys, so Ipaid 800 dollars for not living there, is it fair? You decide. DON'T RENT HERE
