Very clean, lots of parking and a nice playground for the kids. I walked just the grounds due to rental manager was not available. While I was walking around, I met their maintenance manager, I asked couple questions and he was very pleasent and welcoming. When I have time, I will definitely have to go back and take an apartment tour before I make a decision where to move.. Highly recommend.

Don’t move here to much drama

I moved in here on November 12th '24 & it was still being built. When I came here the city inspector was going around checking things out. Because he said it was "safe" to live on the complex I moved in very soon. After moving in I noticed my dishwasher wasn't working, the heater wasn't & still isn't working, my front door had a draft because it wasn't put in tight enough, my fridge was & still is very loud because it's touching the walls and now my washer doesn't work. A man came out to check it & told me he needs a 2nd man but it would be fixed or replaced by Friday (4 days after he saw it) I was called by the company and scheduled an appt for yesterday (10 days AFTER what I was told) but they called me yesterday and said that they were not able to get the parts yet so they couldn't come. Then I was called today & was told the earliest they could come to my apt would be on the 24th of this month! That's more than a month since the man came to check it out! This is very unacceptable....VERY! No tenant should have to go through so much stress. I litterallly have been wearing dirty clothes. Just because the apts were "safe" to live in doesn't mean the owner had the right to allow anyone move in yet with all these issues that still need fixing. Construction men were still here for over 2 months after I moved in.
