We love living here at Witham Village. Our two-bedroom is the perfect fit for us and we enjoy the deer and wild turkeys that stroll through the complex. The big shade trees here are awesome as is location to trails and parks on this end of Corvallis. Katie is a responsive and caring manager. Maintenance issues are promptly resolved by Luis and Amber. Their laundrymat prices are reasonable for wash & dry and the machines always work! LGBTQ people are welcome here as are pets. They go above and beyond for their residents. 🐾🌈

I've lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Very pet-friendly, helpful and kind staff, and friendly neighbors. As a student, not having to worry about maintenance and having a quiet place to come home to has been great.

Where do I begin, I’ve lived here for two years now. I would strongly suggest not to take any old reviews into account when moving here. Like any place or business management can change and the recent reviews on Sherry and Katie are extremely valid. They are extremely friendly and forgiving people as I moved in here when I was 19 and have caused a stir of problems and broke some rules here and there. They have been nothing but respectful and forgiving of me and I’m super grateful for that. They are genuinely good friendly people that look at this apartment complex as their own neighborhood and enjoy throwing fun events for everyone to take part in. The maintenance guy Louis is an absolute stud, a super super friendly knowledgeable guy you’ll see around the property smiling and waving at everyone. If you have any maintenance issues he’s on top of it and will have it fixed extremely promptly. I’d 100% consider moving back here as not only the prices for apartments are friendly but the people are too.

Sherry and Katie have been absolutely amazing in the process of finding a new apartment! Every question I had and every bump in the road was met with patience and a genuine desire to help me. I am appreciative of this, now my partner and myself reside in this beautiful community! They are pet friendly!

Coming from out of state, this was our new home when we moved to Oregon. My children and I enjoyed the spacious apartment and the views. Overall, it was a very peaceful experience with the exception of a couple of incidents. Our neighbors were loud and the walls are thin, so it was sometimes challenging to get some sleep. The community overall did not seem BIPOC friendly. My kids and I experienced a couple of unfortunate incidents that are out of management control. Management did their best to help us feel comfortable. I would consider moving there again.
