I toured MAA Highlands North and had a wonderful experience. Madison was incredibly kind, helpful, and made my apartment search so easy. The community is beautiful, and I’m excited to move in after the holidays! Highly recommend touring with Madison.

I was recently looking into MAA Highlands North and wanted to share my fantastic experience working with Madison. From my initial inquiry, Madison was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly professional, kind, and patient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her proactive communication and attention to detail. She answered all my questions, ensured I understood every answer she gave me, and followed up consistently without being pushy. Her knowledge of the property and the surrounding Dallas neighborhood was impressive, helping me with my decision process!

I am one of the residents at MAA Higlands North. I will highly suggest this place. In my experience the maintenance team has been great especially Alex for all his help. If you have any problems in your apartment it is fixed promptly. As a UTD student I can say MAA Highlands North is one of the great option, if you want to avoid the crowd of EOF as I see very few UTD students choose it. One of the reasons can be they are not in the list of Off campus housing provided by UTD.

I looked at so many apartment complexes in the area. MAA Highlands North was by far the nicest complex around and at a great price point. I love the college campus feel, lots of grass and trees, like a semi rural setting in the city. Areli and the staff are so nice and helpful too. I highly recommend!

This apartment complex is one of the best places to live in the area. It is super clean, quiet, and very safe. The gym is decently stocked and is like a second home to me. The pools are cleaned every Monday and are open the rest of the days. There is plenty of free covered parking. The maintenance team is very fast to address issues and is very friendly. I appreciate how the management team is very communicative about issues and addresses them promptly. Overall, this place makes me love my home. Thank you guys you rock and keep it up. Definitely don't deserve 3.8 stars
