Approval and move in was easy. Their move in specials are great! I love my apartment and my huge closet.

So I am posting this review to hope the corporate office will see this. Due to the way the dates have fallen the 1st was a holiday and a Saturday. Now it's the 3rd and my rent charges are still listed as 0.00, I can't pay through your system without knowing the charges. Furthermore it's now 12pm and the local office is having issues accessing the internet system. So I can't pay, which means on the 4th you're going to charge me money for it being late... but I would have paid on the 1st if you had posted your charges. The local office staff are nice but useless in this. This is the second time this has happened. Also I am posting this because there's no way to contact the management company and being mad at people who can't help is not working either. Post rent charges!

Fairly nice apartment complex with super low prices and frequent specials, located near a bunch of restaurants and shopping places including a Kroger right across the street that stays open till 1 am on most days. Parking is a little skimpy/scarce and erratic but it's a bit tucked away and potentially hard to find but it's safely nestled between and behind a nice residential community so the crime is low and police tend to respond very quickly

Beautiful apartments for the price range they offer. Helpful staff, not very many problems inside of the homes, and outside additions! A playground, a dog play and poop area, and a swimming pool!
