would advise you to look elsewhere. There are numerous bugs in the apartment even though you pay for pest control every month. When you look at the apartment website it says it is a controlled access apartment, but it is NOT anyone can get it at any time. Others will almost hit your car pushing their way through. There is a camera and the other entrance but apparently it never works. My truck was stolen from the parking lot, and they DID absolutely nothing nor did they seem to care. Later on, another vehicle of mine was keyed and again they didn't care. I got an eviction later my second month due to lack of payment even though I had sign up for auto payment from my checking account. They wanted me to pay a $300 late fee for their error. I paid for a covered parking spot and at times I couldn't use it do to others parking there and not paying for it and they wouldn't tow them. I never got the lease renewal emailed to me or on my door. I had to fight to get out of my lease. Thank God I had proof I never got it. When I moved in the apartment was sooooo dirty when I mentioned it, they didn't care or do anything. Cops were there all the time looking for people. My neighbor yelled all night long would wake me up and keep me up all night long. Office wouldn't do anything about it. Office hours are not their actual hours. I would go and see them, and no one would be in. Heather was the nicest and most helpful in the office. I had to keep calling about my security deposit.

I just finished a 14 month lease here before moving and I feel sad to go! The only reason for moving was to be closer to work. This place is great and I’ll start with the unit: The 1br is spacious, has great countertop space, little to no noise transfer between the walls, and the unit is tasteful with modern finishes. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders and the only ones I had to place were for a broken kitchen drawer and light bulb replacements in the bathroom. The complex is quiet and peaceful during the day considering the proximity to 35. The grounds are kept tidy and people pick up after their dogs for the most part. I also enjoyed the pool and gym which are always clean. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. They are 10/10! I hope this helps, I’m always wary of moving to new apartments. 32Hundred is a great spot!

I had a great experience living at this apartment. The management team was always responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities and a quiet, safe environment. I especially appreciated the convenient location, which made commuting and errands easy. I recently moved out only because I purchased a new home—otherwise, I would’ve happily stayed longer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment!

I’ve visited a resident five times over the past year and on two of those occasions either her jeep or her neighbors car was broken into. It’s a non-smoking facility but apparently that doesn’t apply to weed. The place reeks and we woke up every morning to her apartment stinking like a skunk. She’s tried to contact Nicole the manager but she’s totally absentee and her helper, Bianca is rude and acts put out when you talk to her. Just trying to get a package is almost impossible because if they are present in the office they close at 6pm and nobody with a job can get there in time to meet their ridiculous hours. I’ve advised my friend to find a better managed place. It was phenomenal two Anna a half years ago when she moved in but it’s gone WAY downhill and there’s no security in your property at all
