My boyfriend and I have stayed in one of their apartments for about two years now, and I can definitely say that I've enjoyed my time here so far! Maintenance is quick to respond during business hours, the apartments are very spacious for the price you get them for, and management has always been very clear and polite whenever I have questions. Its not the most glamorous complex in the area, but it's definitely worth your time!

The apartments look very beautiful inside and spacious. They are also right next to UNT which is very convenient.
I gave it a 3-start because the walls are very thin and you can literally hear the next door neighbor's conversations. second, I've had a problem with roaches since I moved in. The management has tried to spray my apt but the problem is recurring. Three, there is not enough storage cabinets and drawers so if you are moving here you need to invest in this.

The apartment complex is ok, the tenants are the problem. They love to make phone calls in the middle of the night in the parking lot by my side of the apartment, they wake me up every night their loud conversation are ridiculous. Late 10’s, 11pm 12am, 1am, 2am even 3am.

Could not suggest this complex any less. The offer at hand seems appealing, what they don’t tell you is that pest control is “taken care of”. This was not the case for myself and I’m sure many others, I never received a notice that my apartment was treated and found SEVERAL cockroaches inside and outside of the apartment, very shortly after moving in.
The landlord of this property will fail to communicate with you even if you have a very serious issue at hand. They will also ignore most maintenance requests, at least from my experience.
Would definitely advise against going to this complex unless it is a last resort. The staff is rude and it is not worth the hassle for a very lackluster reward.

I could go on and on about how terrible the management was when I lived here, but I will spare the details. My best advice if you choose to rent here, read the fine print, always request a copy of the lease (have heard from other residents that they also didn't get a copy of the lease or the damage checklist), and invest in some good bug-stop or Raid. Roaches will literally crawl up from the drains if you forget to spray. Also, avoid Charlotte's Place and the Edge. They are all ran by the same management and each have horrible problems. This is the better of the three, but if you can, AVOID.
