The property and apartment are excellent. Additionally, Lindsey and the office staff are consistently willing to provide assistance and answer any questions you may have.

I thought that this apartment would be perfect for me. I had nowhere to go and the leasing agent here answered me faster than any other place but when I moved in, there were already roaches they have pest control come out and they said they fixed it, but then I started seeing roaches again and I also called in maintenance because I had some issues in the kitchen. I felt very offended when I was telling the maintenance man about the roaches. He tried to tell me basically it’s because I’m dirty mind you I have a child who is in the middle of eating and playing with her toys and he considered that dirty saying that I need to clean up that’s why there’s roaches It’s just very offensive. I’m a single mom this place is kind of expensive and there’s no reason for there to be roaches a few days ago I found a hole in the wall and roaches were crawling all out of it and they were all in my baby toys. I’m not sure if there is a way to sue them or have an action taken against them, but I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to let people move in with pest problems. It’s really irritating especially because I have a baby. I would say it’s not worth moving in and I can’t wait until my lease is up

I’ve been leasing here since Nov 24 and, it’s been stressful chaos!! The unit directly in front of me was infested with roaches both large and small and now they’re getting into my unit. Management will deny any type of infestation and charge for treatment which is illegal! Another problem is unsafe conditions these gates are supposed to locked upon entry with a designated key fob. Homeless come in and out this building and sleep in the hallways. One man knocked on my door for 2hrs while I called the police. All the management told me to do was the police ridiculous. They will also not put monthly expenses on a current bill but will add them in the future and label as the city billing mistake. I am actively trying to exit this lease but they will surely make it difficult.
