I frequently visit a friend who lives at this property, and I’m honestly surprised by how poorly it’s maintained. The common areas are often dirty, elevators are unreliable, and basic upkeep seems to be ignored. It reflects badly on the management — especially for a place that likely charges decent rent. As a visitor, it’s clear that residents deserve better maintenance and more attention from whoever is responsible for the property. Definitely not the kind of environment you’d expect from a professionally managed building.

I really enjoyed living here! At first, maintenance wasn’t great and would mark things as fixed when they weren’t, but the front office quickly stepped in and made sure everything got resolved. No issues since. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I once left an Amazon package outside for 4 days and it was still there, no issues with theft or emergencies. Ivanna at the front desk is super kind and helpful. She made the move-out process smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend living here, especially if you’re on a budget. I’m only leaving because I got a new job in another city!

Roaches and spiders and bugs everywhere. maintenance hasn’t come and i have 4 requests in for MOLD IN MY AC, leaking and broken laundry machine so i can wash ANYTHING, i need pest control, and nothing. keep looking girl im finna break my lease!!!🥲oh and don’t forget the gate that has a broken pin pad 99 percent of the time and then say isn’t their problem since it’s not for our safety. people usually can’t even get into their apartment without help.

Frustrating Maintenance Issues After 1.5 Years I’ve lived here for over a year and a half, and the maintenance experience has been consistently frustrating. I’ve submitted numerous maintenance requests, but they usually take 1–2 weeks to be resolved. My microwave issue was poorly fixed, and shortly after, the stove stopped working — which still hasn’t been resolved. This is especially difficult for someone who relies on home-cooked meals. The gates are another constant problem, often getting stuck and making it a nightmare for visitors to enter the community. The only positives are the prime location and excellent walkability. Unfortunately, those can’t make up for the repeated maintenance headaches. Edit: The stove is still not working even after two maintenance visits. I cleaned everything but they didn’t fix the issue. I had it checked by an electrician at my own expense, and they confirmed the coils are burnt out, a simple fix that’s being ignored. Imagine having to order food in heavy rain and walking to the main gate to collect it because the gate has been stuck for months. It’s an absolute nightmare. This is unacceptable for anyone, especially someone who relies on home-cooked meals.

I’ve been living here for several months now, and the maintenance service has been consistently terrible. Requests are either ignored or take weeks to be addressed. When someone finally shows up, they either don’t fix the issue properly or leave it half-done I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their maintenance. Edit: If I'm not a current resident, then how do I have a valid car parking sticker issued by your office? This response feels like an attempt to deflect rather than address the real issues residents are facing. I’d be happy to verify my residency, but I’d prefer you focus on improving the maintenance service rather than questioning who’s providing honest feedback.
