PARENT COMPANY CHARGES FOR GUESTS!! VISITORS ARE NOT FREE! CLOSED, DIRTY POOL AND BROKEN GYM AMENITIES! If you are someone who hosts even a weekly wine night with a friend, you cannot do so for free at the Village at Rayzor Ranch. They recently opted into a system of charging residents for guests. After talking to my friend who’s a property manager at another local apartment complex, this is a completely OPTIONAL program that owners can use to extort their residents. Let’s also not forget, this is the same complex that has a pool with a pump that’s been broken for over 18+ months, and without warning closed the pool down for 9 months. We are actively paying for amenities that we cannot use. In the gym, they tout having 2 Pelotons but both are broken. One has even had the seat completely broken and unusable for 3 years! I do not recommend moving here. While the office staff is now nice and helpful, the owners and the parent company do not care about you as residents, despite having some of the highest rent prices in Rayzor Ranch, and this review will stay up until all of the issues I listed are remedied. If you’re reading this, it’s still bad.

I’ve had a great experience living at Village at Razor Ranch. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The leasing office staff is very friendly and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live. Highly recommend!
