I’ve only lived here for a few weeks but it’s been a great experience so far. Pablo is amazing! I moved from another city and he made the leasing process super easy. He’s very patient and helpful and the rest of team has been just as great. Communication was excellent from the moment I expressed interest in moving here. There’s many amenities for the residents and the units look just as beautiful as pictured on their website. And the property feels very safe! 10/10 no complaints!!

Whoever is reading my reviews for the Deco apts are about to be amazed and glad you took out the time to do your research on Deco living. My name is Ms. Beane' (pronounced Bee- ah -knee) and I've been a resident here since October 2025. It's imperative that I spread the good news so others can benefit from all the positive energy that comes with renting with Deco. OK first of all the staff or leasing agents at the front desk Pablo & Toby are extremely professional and efficient; they are focused on meeting your housing needs 💯 percent. The leasing Mgr Ms. Natasha is thorough and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns you might have in regards to obtaining residence here! The entire property is secure from outside disturbances including 24 hr security . The whole community from front to back is immaculate, clean and smells incredible everyday! The # of amenities are unreal; swimming pool, jacuzzi, weight room, TV room, big lounges you can rent for specific events, BBQ grills on the 1rst and 5th floors, a dog spa to bathe your fur baby and several enclosed dog park areas to take your pet on the premises. The maintenance team are very efficient, knowledgeable about everything in your unit and respond to work orders right away. Moving here was the best decision I've made in regards to housing and I tell EVERY SINGLE new tenant the same thing!!! " You're going to absolutely love it here!" They have a non smoking policy and this community is smoke free.. I'm so grateful it's in place because when I moved here I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes per week; now I smoke 1 pack ever 2- 3 weeks 🙌. So if you're looking for an awesome place to live definitely check out Deco Apts!!! You'll be glad you did!!

Living at Deco is an absolute dream! Everyone from the leasing + maintenance team is SO helpful and responsive, and all the residents I’ve met are kind and friendly. The apartment was in great move-in condition, the value is excellent, and the amenities are first class and well-maintained. I’m super grateful to be living in a place where the vibes are immaculate 💖

I did an event at the Deco. Pablo has a very warm presence. He was very kind and accommodating. I am sure that he is the same with residents. This is a beautiful property! Eric, too, is wonderful, very friendly, and welcoming. He and Pablo work so well together. I do events at many upscale apartments. Considering the customer service and elegance of the property, the Deco is among the best! Kevy

I may be a little biased as I will be going to work here, but we moved in on 12/26/24. Pablo and Eric were so friendly to us. The property is so beautiful. We just moved to Denver. The amenities are just beautiful. We have a 1 bedroom and it is huge. My ceiling must be 12 feet tall. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. I'm in heaven. We chose a 1st floor, but even if we would've taken a 5th floor, they have multiple elevators. We are so close to shopping and I 25. I love the location. Oh, and the best part is they have nighttime security and garage parking. We are so happy. Alfredo, the Maintenance Supervisor, is taking great care of the property, in my opinion.
