I toured this property recently and was very impressed on many fronts! To begin with Laura O., the leasing consultant, was extremely friendly, knowledgable and thorough. She gave me a great tour, answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome as a potential new resident. The property is well maintained and the unit Iooked at was very nice! I would highly recommend checking out IMT Cherry Creek!

I truly have not had a bad experience with anyone working in the maintenance department here at IMT. Each one has gone above and beyond to help me and I appreciate their intentionality and efficiency. Can’t say my experience with maintenance has been a bad one!

I would like to thank Laura Owsley , I went in for 2 different tours and each time she was very welcoming and patient with questions and how I was feeling about moving into a new area, and new home for myself ,Laura took the time out to even listen to my personal things I was going through with decisions to make ,, she was very caring and considerate ,and knowledgeable about the different properties and really helpful about what my needs for a place were and my comfortableness, and just wanting to make sure she meet every need possible. Candy and Clyde are absolutely wonderful! They recently came by to fix a few things in my apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with how friendly, professional, and efficient they were. They’re both so courteous about entering my home and were incredibly sweet to my puppy, Nala, which I really appreciated.
