If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved out nearly a year ago, and based on recent public reviews, it appears the same persistent issues remain unresolved. During my time living here, we experienced constant problems with the elevators. The building had two, but only one was ever operational — and even that one frequently broke down. There were also serious pest issues, including roaches and even bedbugs. When we went over a week without air conditioning during 100+ degree weather, management provided no meaningful assistance — only repeated excuses. The most common excuse was that they had “inherited problems from previous management.” While that may have been valid early on, this team has been in charge for almost three years. At this point, the continued lack of progress is entirely on them. The exterior doors to the buildings were broken when I moved in — and based on recent reviews, they’re still not fixed. The laundry situation was unacceptable: only one washer and dryer per floor, and many of them were frequently out of order. For a building of this size, that’s completely inadequate, and no meaningful improvements were made during my tenancy. Security was another serious concern. At one point, squatters entered the building, and someone urinated in the hallway. That was a real and disturbing experience no resident should have to deal with. I waited a long time to write this review in the hope that things might improve after I left. Unfortunately, based on what others are still reporting, that hasn’t happened. To management: You’ve had more than enough time to turn things around. The continued neglect is unacceptable. To prospective residents: Look elsewhere. This is not a place you want to call home.

Mint Urban Infinity Apartments is a residential community with potential, but it faces significant challenges. While management is making efforts to improve living conditions, some residents' actions hinder these initiatives from being sustainable. One pressing issue is the presence of the trash valet service, which contributes to ongoing pest problems. Eliminating this service could be a step toward resolving the pest concerns. Another area needing attention is hallway cleanliness, especially since some residents allow their dogs to relieve themselves indoors, leading to unpleasant odors. Regular carpet shampooing and stricter enforcement of pet policies could significantly improve the situation. Additionally, the on-site dog park may need to be reconsidered due to the prevalent issue of uncollected dog waste, which makes walking through the area a challenge. On a positive note, I commend Jesus, the maintenance man, for his efficiency in promptly handling work orders; he has been a great help getting things fixed in my apartment. However, parking has become problematic due to zoning changes behind Building 4. Restoring parking spots would alleviate much of the current chaos, as vehicles are now parked haphazardly throughout the complex. The increase in laundry costs, from $1.50 to $2.25, is difficult to justify given the poor condition of the washers and dryers. Lowering these prices or upgrading the machines would show a commitment to improving resident amenities. Ultimately, the community would greatly benefit from residents taking more responsibility for maintaining the environment. The upkeep of the apartments largely depends on those who live here, and fostering a sense of collective responsibility could transform this space into the pleasant residential area it strives to be.
