This is a great place for BYU students. It’s super close to campus and it is part of a great and active ward. The rooms have been recently renovated and there are washers and dryers on-site. I had a great experience living there!

I love this building, great amenities, looks like a huge improvement in the neighborhood. The views are incredible from the roof deck, everything seems so well put together! Cherry on top is the staff who are running it; they have been extremely responsive to any issues. Don't hesitate to check it out!

I recently moved from Europe to the States and was looking for a decent place to stay. After having an excellent virtual tour at the Modera University Park (shoutout to Santiago), I was fully convinced that this place is absolutely gorgeous and I was not disappointed when I arrived! The property, amenities, neighborhood, and most importantly the whole crew makes it easy to feel home immediately. I can recommend this place to everyone who is looking for that special kind of living with a breeze of luxury and awesome neighbors.

Absolutely beautiful building! Modera University Park is truly stunning — from the design to the amenities, everything feels fresh, modern, and so well thought out. The team here is amazing, too. Santiago is always warm, welcoming, and so helpful every time I bring clients in for tours. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Such a great property with an even better team. Highly recommend!

Modera University Park is an amazing place to stay and live. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We moved in and everything went smoothly. We are enjoying our new apartment, beautiful balcony and the great amenities this building has to offer: fitness, work space, library and especially the terrace on the top floor with breathtaking views of the Rockies! Living at Modera University Park feels like a luxury hotel getaway you’re treating yourself to for a weekend, then you realize you actually live here :). As an artist and designer, I notice every detail in a space. The finishes and interior design in all of the commons areas are on par with the most chic spaces worldwide. Oversized trendy wall coverings in the bathrooms of the yoga area, Moulding trim everywhere, incredible art with lots of texture (including a lobby paper sculpture installation created from books) High end furniture, work nooks like cozy London coffee houses :) Soundproof work rooms with velvet chairs and chandeliers. The view from the rooftop lounge area is breathtaking. The apt themselves? Super cute hallways with sconces and great design in kitchens and bathrooms. Would you like large or small ice cubes? Because your double door huge fridge has that option! Tech is everywhere- key fob opens your door, wave a hand in front of trash chutes and they open, a seamless front door guest entry program you control from a cell phone, including the ability operate elevator access for delivery or guests! WiFi strong and your personal account connects throughout the entire building. “Sip with Me” coffee in the mail area works via phone QR code and includes free coffees each month. Luxer package lockers. Safety? Doors lock after hours, dedicated security hired to watch the exterior and walk the block, key fob needed to access elevator to apartment floors. And extra security bolts built in to the back balcony doors in those units. Most importantly, the staff are top tier professionals and more like friends than management. Evelyn and Alexis are the sweetest, most competent and transparent out there :) And the maintenance team are right on top it and so approachable. Not enough space in this text box to go on about how impressed we are with this living community!!
