The Chapter at Eugene Apartments are a great living options providing many amenities and services. As for students this is prime location a quick 2 minute walk and you’re already on campus. A special shoutout to staff members Isabel, Sydney, Skye, Saskia, and Nic.

They’ll treat you like trash once you showed no interest for renewal of the lease after two months of moving in, even you’re still paying the rent.
I think it should be illegal to have people live in such small rooms because it’s deadly. And it’s already over heated in Jan. Without air conditioner in the bedroom, how could anyone survive the summer? The heat doesn’t work too much when it’s cold and sounds like a waterfall.
They would pretend to help you if it doesn’t cost too much:) The managers lie a lot to make profits for themselves. Avoid at any cost unless you hate your wallet. Could find better places with more reliable prices

Our duck lives at Chapter Eugene and it has been a really great experience. It's super close to campus so they can easily be on time to classes, and it has great security measures (very important to Mom!) It's very clean and welcoming, and the amenities are beyond nice! It's been two years now and when we visit, we love seeing community and friendship our duck has with the staff and other residents.

***Parents Beware*** If you are thinking about moving your college kiddo into Chapter apartments don't do it! We toured a nice apartment and were shown the parking garage right next door. No issues. After moving in the parking garage has been moved 2 blocks down the street and fun fact the 4 bedroom apartment is the same size as the 2 bedroom model so everything is super shrunk down. The bonus is there is construction right outside of their bedroom windows. Jackhammers start at 7am and crane lights keep their bedrooms lit up at night just like it's daytime. No black out curtains or blinds like the other apartments provide. My daughter has had homeless people following her down the street yelling at her while she walks to/from her car. I have reached out regarding my concerns and it's next to impossible to get a response. Could not be more disappointed. They are not concerned about the safety of their residents at all. Twice now alarms have been going off at night in the lobby and no one looks into it.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience living at the Chapter Eugene so far. I have been especially pleased with Darren who is very kind and attends to all of our maintenance needs in an extremely timely manner. Also thank you to Andy who was able to assist Darren with an item I misplaced. Truly a great team.
