I just have to take a moment to shout out our incredible property manager at the Gordon Lofts, Tiffany Whittaker! She is one of the most thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever met in property management. From day one, she’s gone above and beyond to make this community feel like home, not just a place to live. Even though rent is a lot, she makes it worth it just because of the way she makes me and my partner feel. She’s always professional, approachable, and handles every request with care and follow-through. What truly stands out is how she consistently goes the extra mile to make Gordon Lofts a fun and welcoming community. The diversity of events she helps coordinate, from social gatherings to community-building activities are always creative, inclusive, and top-notch. For someone with no family or a lot friends here, she has made me feel like family. We especially loved the Duck tailgate the night before a home game as Super Duck fans, that event was such a fun touch and showed how much effort she puts into making sure everyone feels connected and excited to be part of this community. In a world where genuine care and great service can be hard to find, she’s a reminder that people still take pride in their work and real connection. Thank you for being such a wonderful human and for everything you do to make Gordon Lofts such a special place for me to call home these past 8 months!

Alyssa was outstanding throughout the touring process. She was incredibly responsive, welcomed us warmly the moment we walked in, and impressed us with her deep knowledge of the property and floor plans. Even though I hadn’t planned on relocating back to the area, Alyssa’s professionalism and enthusiasm completely changed my mind. As a former resident, I can confidently say that Gordon Lofts is in excellent hands when it comes to leasing—Alyssa is a true asset to the team.

I moved to the 5th St market with purpose. The Gordon Lofts were a bit more than I was hoping to spend but the value has been spot on. I love the area, the shops, the parks and the people. You can't get a better location in town. I’ve had a bit of ups and downs but overall this has been a wonderful experience. I'm happy to call Gordon Lofts home and the staff (especially Shelby M) has been great. The high end finishings and appliances work well for my attention to detail. I highly recommend it here and do so to my friends. Life is what you make it and Gordon Lofts has helped support my lifestyle. I run and paddle the nearby areas almost daily, my backyard is Skinners Butte and Alton Baker Park. My dog loves it here and so do I.

Lived here from 2022-2023 in a studio. The building is nice and accessibility friendly. However, for the price you pay to stay here, I'd expect a better parking situation. It was over an extra $100 to pay for the parking spot in the lot directly next to the apartment. Otherwise you'd have to walk 1-2 blocks away for parking. There were 3 different managers during the time I lived there. A few times my key fob stopped working to my unit before the door unit had to be replaced. The noise from the trains coming and going nearby would wake me up in the middle of the night even with earplugs in.

Best location in all of Eugene! From beautiful rainbows to gorgeous sunsets and the best amenities Eugene has to offer right at your doorstep. Gordon Lofts is a wonderful community and the management team is excellent! Can’t imagine living anywhere else in Eugene. 😊
