maintenance is a NIGHTMARE! you will constantly run out of hot water, broken appliances, bug infestation, and EVERYTHING gets blamed on YOU! they don’t take any responsibility or try to help you, they just gaslight you! the amount of times i’ve had to call maintenance is ridiculous, and my problems STILL aren’t solved! they’re already pressuring you to renew after all of this…hell no! they will take advantage of students and try any way to get over on you. front desk staff is impossible to contact, rude, and there is no package organization, every delivery is just thrown somewhere and trying to pick up a package is a headache.

I am foreign exchange student, I move here recently and really love it! Dolly and Justin are very nice people and I feel very welcome here. Close to U O and very pretty neighborhood for walking.

These charges are absolutely ridiculous!! I made sure to clean and call maintenance on practically every issue, and the amount for each charge is absurd!! I have a video of my entire room on my last day. There is no possible way my small, cleaned out room was hundreds of dollars in cleaning and damages. Hopefully this new management will not be as shady and corrupt as the former, which I doubt. The living conditions as well are horrendous, feeling equivalent to a dorm in terms of space, modernity, and cleanliness. The amount of money you pay for these apartments, you could find apartments in LA and New York City for, to live absolutely terribly. The windows all lead to walls, unless you’re “lucky” and you have no control over anything. We got a dirty room with broken appliances, broken couch, broken janky door, with a view of the other building and straight into my other roommate's window (privacy issue). I should have known when during the tour they said “oh you just kinda gotta shove the door and get it at an angle” that this was a place of cheap living for a hefty price. Terrible terrible place and the front office is completely rude and classless. I’m sorry if you had to experience living here, it genuinely made me leave Eugene the room was that depressing. NEVER live here I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Good place to stay as first apartment on campus however communication within management and leasing office is blurry and could do a little better when it comes to getting things like maintenance looked at in a timely manner. Management could do better at communicating about the lease and agreements within the 70 page lease and addendums. Clean place overall and good spot between transit and walking distance from campus and classes. Good security and safe area.

I was a little hesitant at first reading all the reviews, but I was honestly really happy with the place regarding the (distance to campus [about a 10 min walk to middle of campus "Klamath Building"], managment, friendly staffs, near the bus stop [about 5 mins], near the market and resturaunts). All the current staffs including the maintenance were super friendly and sweet. Lived in a three bedroom-two bathroom and I had the master which included the bathroom inside and it was honestly really pleasing. The room & bathroom was a decent size. The kitchen (enough storages, fridge, oven, and microwave) & living room were a reasonable space size. Rent was a little expensive around $800 with utilities (trash, water etc.) included, besides electricity which was split among roomates. I would've honestly stayed, but there wasn't parking (very limited) which was crucial for me. The only complaints I have is that the halls do sometime reek and the elevator keeps breaking down. Besides that I really enjoyed my time at Skybox!
Side note: I was living in Skybox (which I think is the better building out of the two) and not Courtside.
