Fantastic place to live overall. Close to campus and plenty of amenities; neighbors are respectful and in my experience the buildings are very well-soundproofed! Rarely hear my neighbors except for when they're having folks over and the overall sound level is higher than usual. The apartments have big windows, high ceilings, and are generally quite nice, especially for the going rate. Rental company is the opposite of predatory and gave us very good rates-- only downside is they're occasionally tough to get ahold of. If you enjoy walking or biking, there are lots of great trails nearby, but leaving the apartment complex on foot can be difficult due to being surrounded by two major roads. Aside from a few very minor complaints like that though, I seriously recommend Bighorn if you're a student or just someone looking for a good place to live!

Absolutely the worst apartments you could ever live in. This place is a nightmare, it’s not even the apartments. First of all the place you either a random roommate who you have no clue is and then move in you in without informing the other person that you are moving in or even informing you who you are moving in with. 2 the amenities absolutely suck the gym is no where near the actual apartment complex it’s across the street, the pool literally never opens till late summer + it’s apart of the junction apartments. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE you pay $75 a month just to not have a parking space even, they claim to fix the parking problem but literally nothing changes. The office sucks! They will tell you one thing but actually mean the other. My first red flags should have been after moving in my door code would not work, a didn’t have a mail key for a month and I didn’t have access to the “amenities”. This place will literally find any reason to charge you extra. I got charged $709 because of “returned payments” even though my payments are set to monthly payments. This was a reoccurring problem for me and I called many times to ask them why I’m I always being charged for their SYSTEM failing and I am meet with “it should be working” every time. Also I when I go to the “RENTCafé” bs to pay my rent it won’t allow me to saying “one time payment is not allowed this time” So I literally have no other way of paying rent. Don’t even bother calling them because 9/10 times your not getting an answer or a call back. This place is truly a scam and a headache
