  Great complex. Right across from the hart gym, so campus is super close. It's not fancy, but for the price it's really good. Two fridges and a full kitchen, all appliances work and utilities are included. Pretty spacious living room with two couches and a TV. Washer and dryer in unit. It's nothing huge, nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. But the people are great, management is very friendly, and I've never had major problems with damage, mold, noise, or anything like that.

  Parking sells out in 20 minutes but if you're on top of it you're fine. You can also get parking at Avonlea next door. The people here are down-to-earth and worthy, and the ward on the first floor is great. People in our ward host open-invite game nights on Sundays and we have the BEST maintenance. If you put a work order in they'll be there the next day and immediately fix it. (Our washer broke and I left for two hours. I got back and we had a new unit.) The two fridges, in-unit laundry, big lounge, and private practice room make this a great place to live.
