Be extremely careful when signing their documents electronically- this place preys on college kids who may not read the fine print. They are lawyered up, which should tell you everything you need to know.

Slum it here. Their IVR makes it near impossible to reach real humans and their customer service is impractical as they are more than willing to allow you to live in an apartment with inhumane conditions without any kind of appropriate compensation. I would avoid at all costs. Do not live here unless you like a lot of maintenance and mice with no compensation. But please appreciate their wonderful virtue signaling about mental health while doing this to their contractualy obligated lab rats

Would give a zero if I could. We had our apartment flooded with raw sewage, we also had to deal with ants and wasps living with us inside the apartment. The place was nasty when I moved in and they charged me an obscene amount of cleaning fees when I moved out. Avoid if possible, but make sure to take before and after photos of the state of the building, they WILL scam you and refuse to answer calls or disputes for fees on your accounts. The AI to get through to the office will make you want to bang your head against the wall.

This is a good place to be. Everything is so close by. I can save on gas and emissions by biking or walking. The amenities are nice and the place looks nice. The only complaint I have is it would be nice if the office was open on weekends because when I got up here on a Saturday I couldn’t get my keys to move in. And I have to wait until Monday for packages.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. For your sake, search elsewhere for housing. This isolated complex is not worth any of the bonuses they claim. Even living close to old town is not worth it if you have to live here. Workers are kind enough but the policies that they enforce are utter nonsense. Despite cleaning our apartment upon move-out. All of us were charged $200-$300 for a cleaning fee out of nowhere.
Deceptive and Slimy business practices run rampant here. We were able to sign the lease just fine as non students but were suddenly told we could not resign our lease due to our student status needing to be confirmed.
Constantly broken amenities that are fixed only when new residents are moved in. They are fixed long enough for the new residents to use them a couple times then they are neglected for the duration of the year. Hot tub being broken all year round when its being advertised as part of the amenities is ridiculous. Broken gym equiptment that wont be fixed because "it'll just get broken again". Why should i bother paying the cleaning fee if the house is just gonna get dirty again?
Security guards have a god complex, if you're slightly too loud after 11, one of them will come pounding on your door saying they can hear you all the way from a location that isn't even that far. Huge parties going throughout the entire night? Thats okay! Yelling loudly once in your home at 11:20 pm? How dare you. This place sucks, find somewhere else.
