I love District! The management is so so sweet and understanding. They have helped me through so many questions and are always kind! After the remodel, everything looks so nice and new! I would 100% recommend District at Campus West if you need housing next year! Vanessa and Jordan who work in the front are so cool and amazing people to just talk to and get help from! Give them a call anytime!

NOT THE BEST BUT NOT THE WORST 1) They told us about improvements to the wifi would be completed before the end of this month, mind you it's not necessarily the buildings fault but pavlov media the providers fault. PS if you have T-Mobile service is non existent here and so is the wifi both the regular, 5G, and guest WIFI. So I guess you'll have to take yourself to the library to get some homework done. Don't know why they fixed something that wasn't broken. 2) The maintenance guy with glasses came to fix our laundry door. Now it doesn't close properly or even stay shut. Mind you somehow he put a hole in it with a screwdriver somehow, said he was going to come back and fix it. We ended up having to put in a work order for a different maintenance man to fix the hole and paint it. Took about 5 days. 3) moved in and the fire extinguisher isn't good. It's in the red so that's not very reassuring. 4) Pool has been closed since I've moved in so about 5-6 months. 5) printer and computers that are available for use don't work. Other than that. Not to shabby. Kinda what you'd expect, I'm complaining but it could be worse. So far front office staff is pretty nice, can't really blame them since the property manager isn't really managing the property that well. They're just working with whatever their boss probably gives them. Pros: front desk staff, the older maintenance guy and one of the younger ones (not the one with glasses or the skinny one they're messy and make things worse). The walk to campus is perfect even the bus stop out front is pretty nice to have. AC and Heat have worked perfectly for us. If you're trying to save some money and don't care this place will do. If you wanna spend like an extra 300-400$ I would definitely recommend one of the places closer to that chipotle on the corner. (Will keep updating with the good and bad so y'all know what to expect if you're thinking about moving here)

I would recommend living anywhere else. The apartments are nice but if you need maintenance it takes weeks to fix. I had a leak over the summer and was gone for a week in a half thinking I’d come back to it fixed but nothing had changed when I returned. If you want good wifi look somewhere else. The wifi is the worst part of this apartment. I can barely do any work from my apartment and woke up today not being able to even watch TV or use my phone on wifi. To top it all off you pay for amenities you can’t use. Paying for the hot tub (not open in the winter), pool tables that have broken pockets, and a pool you can’t use cause of construction. This place is a mess. Hope they get some better management

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been nothing but friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to make sure residents are comfortable and that everything runs smoothly. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. I’ve seen a few negative reviews, but honestly, I think some people expect absolute perfection everywhere they go. No place is 100% flawless, but this one comes pretty close. The team here truly listens and handles any issues quickly — that’s what really matters. Between the great location, nice amenities, and how professional and helpful the management team is, I couldn’t be happier living here. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about its residents and feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming, this is it.

Loud construction at 7:00 am on a residential building for college students without sufficient pre lease signing notice and zero accountability thereafter. This is not a good place to live and they have zero respect for tenants. Disgraceful on every level. UPDATE: The response to this review is a stock answer that is out of context and emblematic of a situation that is completely out of control. There is a difference between "permitted hours" and the reality of this situation. Management is clearly not focused on their responsibility to provide residents with a livable covenant of quiet enjoyment as required by law, especially considering their target customers. The construction notices are notoriously and intentionally thin on details focusing on temporary loss of amenities without mentioning the unlivable situation they are forcing on residents.
