I was really impressed with the community during my tour. It’s clean, modern, and feels thoughtfully designed, and the location is a huge plus with how close it is to campus and nearby spots. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything without making it feel rushed or sales focused. All of my questions were answered clearly, which made the process easy to understand. Overall, it left a strong first impression and definitely feels like a place worth considering if you’re looking for housing in Fort Collins.

I’ve lived at union on Elizabeth for three years and I love it. The staff is always helpful and does whatever they can do to help you. Maintenance is always there when needed and amenities are great. The staff is really great and always welcoming. And CA Skyler has been nothing but helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My key fab rarely worked. All my roommates and friends cars got broken into and the apartment did nothing. They don’t have cameras facing the cars or in the cement stairways. Woke up to a homeless person sleeping on the bottom of the stairs. Staff is super nice and do what they can.

Jazz and Lou Ann came to help me when I chose to move in as is and my appartment was disgusting. They came in, reassured me, and cleaned the nasty bathroom and balcony for me even when I chose not to get a cleaner. They were so helpful and kind, even cleaning other parts of my appartment without me asking, and answering all my questions with compassion and patience. I'm so appreciative and grateful to them, if there was more that I could do to show how much they did for me.
