I just moved into Broadway Chapter Apartments this past weekend, and I have to give credit where it’s due. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes before, but this one is by far the best. From the leasing office to maintenance, and even the residents, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The leasing agents made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Izabella, Katie, and Megan for going above and beyond to make my move in experience amazing!🥰 I toured the community virtually, and it’s just as beautiful in person. The appliances are modern, and everything is clean, updated, and well-maintained. I’m so glad I chose to make Broadway Chapter my new home!

Never been so thrilled to write a review! Izabella went above and beyond to find me the right home under a tight deadline. Extremely professional and answered all of my questions, replied to my emails quickly and followed up every step of the way. The property is immaculate and my home was in brand new condition when I walked in. The property is vey secure and the amenities are first class all the way. Thank you, Izabella. You are the best at what you do.

Not happy at all with my experience. Literally didn’t even go on the tour because of how rude the leasing agent Isabel was. First, when I walked in and she was talking on her cell phone taking a personal call. When she finally did address and acknowledge the fact that I was there, she had a horrible attitude, smart remarks and was just unfriendly and rude. If they treat you like that and you’re not even a resident, I can’t even imagine becoming a resident in a place like that.

This is easily my favorite place I have ever lived. Megan and Izabella are always so friendly and helpful whenever you need anything, and I can say that about any of the staff that I have ever interacted with from maintenance to custodial. They do a great job of making it feel like a community with the events that are always going on for the residents. There are also a lot of great amenities that are very well kept. It is a great location, with plenty of things to do within walking distance or just a short drive away. The only issue is that I cannot live here longer due to relocation to a different city for work. I would definitely recommend living at Broadway Chapter if you are considering.

First off, Janine is HEAVEN SENT! We needed to get an apartment within weeks and we found Broadway Chapter. Janine is very knowledgeable of the property and has great hospitality. The facilities are beautiful and I love that we are the first to be moving into our unit. Janine helped us so much and made sure that all of our paperwork was done and ready to go. I can’t wait to spend my time here with my fiancé. Here are some photos of the model room she showed us so we could get a feel for how big it would be.
