Updated: 10/29/25 I lived at Olympus for over seven years, which says a lot, especially since it broke my long-standing pattern of hopping between different apartments. During that time, I met some of my closest friends, which meant the world to me after moving across the country back in 2018. When I look back, I truly loved my apartment and the sense of community here — from the friendly staff to the great neighbors I met along the way. Sure, there’s a bit of noise now and then, but that comes with being in such a prime location — steps away from bars, restaurants, shopping, the Trinity Trails, and Montgomery Plaza, which felt like a beacon across Fort Worth, always pointing me home. I had a few minor issues over the years, but they were handled to my satisfaction. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Be sure to work with Autumn — she’s a perfect example of what makes this community special. Take a tour, you’ll see what I mean! 💯 ——— I have lived here for 2.5 years and plan on renewing again. Love the apartment and community. Everyone is super friendly and the staff is incredibly responsive to any of my requests. I see Carlo (maintenance man) outside all the time and he’s so friendly and helpful. Really feels like a home to me. THANK YOU OLYMPUS!!!!!

Beautiful community, love, love, love the location. Really close to shopping, restaurants and Trinity Park which has a really cute duck pond. Everyone is so nice and maintenance is super responsive! Toured with Jessica, she was super sweet and informative- applied the same day and it’s been great!

Autumn recently showed me an apartment, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to highlight all the key features that make this place stand out. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a bright, welcoming vibe. The layout was practical, with plenty of natural light streaming in, and the space felt both cozy and functional. Will be back soon to lease!

If you love urban lifestyle close parks and restaurants then this is the place for you. I feel safe coming in and out anytime of the day or night. Management is diligent and fix things quickly. They genuinely want to create community always finding creative ways to create community with monthly activities. For a place so close to 7th street is relatively quiet with not much traffic. We love the urban life of the city but appreciate the safety and privacy. We just renew our stay for longer this time so that should tell you how much we like it here.

I recently moved into Olympus Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely, with modern finishes and a welcoming atmosphere. My transition to both the new city of Fort Worth and the apartment was incredibly smooth, thanks to Autumn. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, making me feel at home right from the start. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Olympus Apartments has exceeded my expectations, and Autumn made the experience even better.
