He’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, and he always follows up to make sure everything was done right. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make residents feel taken care of. Having someone like James on the maintenance team makes a huge difference in the overall living experience here. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.

Came by with my mother as I am looking for a place when I move back to town. The location, the property and amenities are WOW! Megan was welcoming, professional, and very relatable - she's a breath of fresh air, in my experience w/Apartment Management. You can tell she truly wants the resident experience to be a great one! I can not say thank you enough to Jaime Awe. I was locked out of my apartment and he was the on call person that weekend! I was back in my apartment in less than an hour. He saved me locksmith costs and seemed happy to help me at the drop of a dime. I highly recommend living here! With people like him here, this place feels safe and the staff cares for the tenants and it shows!
