The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The office staff has been very helpful throughout the move-in process.
Charles in the office especially stood out — he was professional, friendly, and quick to answer all my questions. He made everything smooth and stress-free.
Really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I just moved into this apartment complex and we absolutely LOVE it! From day one, the community has been so welcoming and kind. It truly already feels like home.
We especially want to give a huge thank you to Charles at the front desk. He has gone above and beyond to help us during our move-in process and has been incredibly patient, professional, and kind every step of the way. It makes such a difference when the staff genuinely cares.
We’re so happy we chose to live here!

It was truly a pleasure visiting Canyon Apartments to complete our application. The leasing staff are very friendly, helpful with everything you need, and answer all questions clearly, always looking for the best solution and the best price for your rental. The apartments they showed us were in excellent condition, and the condominium areas were clean and tidy. I absolutely loved it.

It was just ok. I had one of the remodeled units and the remodel was nice but that remodel didn't apply to any of the appliances and the complex is old. The complex is beautiful and in a safe area, plus having a direct line to the trinity is pretty cool especially with whole foods and clearfork so close. The Units are 100% the biggest you'll find for the price especially while staying in a safe area and there is always parking. The area is pretty quiet minus the occasional train or barking dog. However, there are alot of issues with the unit itself. The circulation and insulation is horrendous, my bill was almost always $150 or above. There is only one temp sensor for the AC and its directly below the vents, so when its warm, the bedroom will be 7 degrees hotter than the rest of the unit and the AC will shut itself off. And if you ever want the bedroom to cool down, you need to keep every door in the apartment open or there is absolutely 0 airflow not to mention that the closet isn't insulated at all and will be 80+ degrees always. The bathroom faucets have the same issue, no idea if it was only my waterheater, but you either got scalding hot water at normal water pressure or cold water at a pathetic drizzle. The Freezer was barely able to keep food frozen. The bottom shelf of the fridge barely kept things cold and the top shelf froze it. The dishwasher is horrible even if you regularly clean the filter it can barely clean dishes. I had to call maintenance multiple times to clear the dyers ducts because they clogged so regularly and had my washing machine die after filling completely full of water so after the 3 weeks it took to replace, the mildew smell was pretty awful. The only saving grace is the maintenance people. When you put in a ticket, they will be knocking at your door at 9-10am the next day. They were always on top of it. So as long as you are fine dealing with poor circulation and putting in at least 4 maintenance requests a year its not too bad of a place
