This place is what happens when neglect, incompetence, and audacity join forces. Everything here is broken, systems, communication, expectations, hope. Management has perfected the art of doing absolutely nothing while acting extremely busy. Maintenance exists only as a concept. Any issue you have will be ignored until you either give up or move out. Living here feels like participating in a long-term psychological experiment to see how much frustration a human can tolerate before snapping. You will pay premium prices for inconvenience, chaos, and disappointment wrapped in a thin layer of excuses. If bad decisions had a physical address, this would be it. Save yourself. Live anywhere else. A cardboard box with ambition would outperform this place.

Just wanted to share my experience as of 02/13/2026. Move in was smooth and easy I highly recommend kenley she was amazing. Apartment was clean and the complex itself on the outside was also clean. The neighborhood is not loud of course you can hear cars but that is it. The dishwasher was clean and so was the fridge. Carpet was freshly vacuumed so far I haven’t experienced anything that some of the reviews are talking about. Also we have no bugs.

I would not recommend living here. There are ongoing issues with roaches, and pest control does not seem effective. The water is constantly being shut off, and when it’s not shut off, the hot water often doesn’t work. The trash bins are regularly overflowing, which makes the property look and smell bad. The pool is never open, even though it’s advertised as an amenity. Residents are also required to pay for WiFi, but the service is extremely unreliable and slow. For the amount of rent being charged, the living conditions. Very disappointing experience — I honestly can’t wait to move.

Do not move here. The apartments are disgusting. There are roach infestations everywhere. People do not pick up their trash or anything pet related. The office personnel are never readily available. I think I will be making several calls to Code Enforcement and or contact TAA, so that they know what’s going on. Avoid at all cost. They do not care about this community— only care about your money. There are better apartments elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

I live 5 hrs away and only in Fort Worth a few times per month trying to find a nice apartment. This place virtually looked amazing with a big kitchen and a nice fire place. I had 2 scheduled tour times one at 2:15pm and one at 2:45pm. I got here at 2:00pm on the dot and I'm writing this review at 3:15pm. No one was in office for over an hr and we tried calling multiple times no one. If you can't make it to the tour just say something instead of wasting time I was looking forward to seeing this place. Sadly will not try and schedule a tour again..
