I’ve lived at The Kelley for a year and am planning on upgrading apartments in a few months because I love it so much. It is well maintained, great amenities, customer service, and location. The view is impeccable. My favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Shout out to Omar and Vanessa for their hard work to make this a lovely place to live.

I lived at the Kelley for a little over 2 years. The facilities were great, amazing amenities and great neighbors. The staff is always polite and more than willing to assist. The maintenance is responsive and handled all of my issues quickly. Great place to live!

We had such an amazing experience working with Omar! From the very first interaction, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. What really stood out was his sense of humor - moving can be stressful, but he kept everything light, positive, and even fun. He made the entire process feel smooth and effortless, answering all our questions quickly and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who is not only excellent at their job but also brings such great energy and personality to the experience. We’re so grateful for how easy he made our move-in process. Absolutely taken a-back by how beautiful both the inside and outside of this community is!!! Sheree Campbell was extremely professional and kind. The Kelley truly felt like home and all I did was tour. I’ll definitely make this place my next home. And leaving the best for last, the price are very reasonable compared to all the other places I have toured (and I have toured many … many place).

Stolen stuff all the time, people wondering the area, gates not work properly, people braking in into the garages, fences to the trinity river broken… sad for such a nice location. Their “maintenance” calls, they get into your aparment move a bunch of stuff and never put thingshow the were. They even move things to sit and leave water open dripping on. Like i dont care but please put everything you move even the stool back to it place. Definitely no privacy, no sense of urgency and care from the office and they offers to renew it just a lie. I should have renew here… Would not recommend. At all besides the location. Update: Aaaaand they got into my garage storage again and all my tools got stolen No sign of someone broke in, someone else has access to this storage’s.
