I don’t normally write reviews but it was Halloween the other day and our water heater went out after hours. We submitted a request with the after hours operators and within less than 10 minutes Johnny was calling to let us know he was on his way. He dropped what he was doing on a holiday and drove back to the complex to help us. He had the hot water back in no time. Additionally, what really stood out to me was the fact he made sure to wait around the complex until the hot water came back before he left to go back to his festivities, which shows care and says everything about how much pride he takes in his work.

My husband and I have lived here 3 years now. We've had such a great experience at Marq West 7th! The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything fun in Fort Worth, but still feels like a community. The apartments are modern, well-kept, and comfortable, and the amenities are a huge plus. What really sets this place apart, though, is the team. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything, and the maintenance crew is quick and reliable. Living here has been such a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Marq West 7th to anyone looking for a home in Fort Worth!

The few maintenance requests I've had get handled fast, which is such a relief. The community feels safe especially being in a downtown area, staff are welcoming, and the amenities are always clean.

The community is always well maintained, and any time I’ve needed something, the office team and maintenance staff have been quick, professional, and genuinely friendly. The location is amazing and within walking distance . It really makes a difference and make it feel like home!

The Marq on west 7th has been an amazing apartment for my partner and I since moving in. We have been here since December but have loved it ever since. There are two working elevators which saves time and the hassle of moving. The security is pretty good here too because every entrance has a key scanner that only residents have. The gym and the common areas are really well kept and always clean and the building staff are helpful, quick, and professional.
