We just moved in and it’s a beautiful apartment. It’s quiet, peaceful, easily accessible with dogs. Brooke has been helpful and communicative!

Brooke helped us get in and we couldn’t be happier! Our dogs love it, the high ceilings are gorgeous. It’s super quiet and we feel safe here. Truly grateful for the communication between Brooke, she is fast to answer, whether on the clock or not. I haven’t experienced maintenance yet but hopefully won’t have to much. Great & safe access to building, key codes, cameras in hallway and every door. Parking is easy. Overall, we are overjoyed at The Palmer! Come be our neighbor! 🫶

Beautiful property, easily accessible in the Fort Worth area and amazing staff! Stopped by to look at a unit for my parents who live out of state and got the pleasure to speak with Brooke - long story short, this property is on the top of my list because of her and can't wait to bring my parents back by when they come down! Can't recommend enough!

This Property is Amazing! The location is perfect, it is close to the Trinity trails and Westside village! The Palmer is a smaller boutique styled community, the noise levels are way better compared to bigger complexes! The management company here is Incredible! They are actively making Amazing changes to the community and are Very responsive and Helpful! I Highly recommend this management company and community to anyone and Everyone! You can really tell they care about their Residents!

I regularly visit a friend who lives in this apartment community, and I’m always impressed. The property feels well cared for, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the overall experience has been consistently positive. My friend has really enjoyed living here, and it shows in how nice the community feels. It’s definitely a place worth considering if you’re looking for a good apartment home.
