Very bad Management, She is very rude and she will take your deposit and com up with some B.S to blame you for it. the place is suck, they broke in to my car twice when i leaved there you cant park on the street if you have additional vehicle so you have to pay for extra parking also when its time for inspection all the people who work there will open the door and come inside, whether you ready or not, The manager, maintenance guy , and the contractor, inspector and also the guy who cleans the parking lot. Not to mention if you need something to be repaired they will come in at their own convenient and they don't ask if they have permission to come in or not. if you complain they wont show up at all.

The leasing office doesn’t answer the phone. We tried to view an apartment. Called every day for a week and no one answered or called back - came in on Saturday a couple hours before they closed and no one was there and the sign said closed. Apparently they don’t want my money bad enough.

Adriana is an outstanding manager the complex is always clean and the maintenance staff is very curtious. Love this place Ginette and Wagih elmadry apt 106 C

All handy men who work here are creepy and take their sweet ass time when theirs repairs they should taking care of and all car jacking and bums would break your windows to sleep in your car.

Everything is fine. Except parking in the street (casa wilshire) . Nothing but car thieves.
