  WARNING: Serious Health, Safety, and Management Issues I would strongly caution anyone considering living at this property. Over the past year, our household experienced persistent roach and rodent infestations, along with ongoing safety and crime-related concerns on the premises. Despite repeated reports, these issues were not adequately addressed, creating serious health and safety risks. Management was the biggest problem. Requests for maintenance, remediation, and reasonable accommodations were routinely ignored or delayed for months. Communication was inconsistent, and notices were issued that were confusing, contradictory, and sometimes appeared procedurally improper. We also experienced questionable billing and utility charges that could not be clearly explained or reconciled, even after multiple requests for documentation. Attempts to get clarification were met with silence or shifting explanations, which raised serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Instead of resolving problems, management actions often escalated tension and stress for tenants. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic accountability made an already difficult living situation much worse. If you value clean living conditions, personal safety, and honest management, I would think very carefully before renting here.
