My best friend and I lives there in that complex. It is terrible. Some of the residents cars were stolen and/or even vandalized…and there were no cameras to even help them out. How do people live there and there’s no security cameras?!? From what we were told, the management doesn’t do anything to help either. Apparently this isn’t the first time. There is a lot of theft there, it’s no wonder why that place has bad reviews! What a joke! That is Orange County….People pay a lot of money to live there and the owners can’t even provide and pay for decent security…people driving around on bikes doesn’t constitute good security!!

The neighbors and maintenance team are awesome but, unfortunately, I can’t say the same for management. If you have an issue with lease reneawal via their website, you can call, call, call, leave messages, email, go to the front office during open hours, and get no response. And if they’re on an hour lunch break, expect them to be gone for two, or disappear off the face of the earth entirely.

Absolutely the Worst Management and Shady Practices This place has the most incompetent and neglectful management I’ve ever encountered. They couldn’t care less about their residents’ needs. The security is a complete joke—you’re practically on your own. Apartments are constantly being remodeled for no apparent reason, with endless construction projects that seem like nothing more than a money laundering scheme. They claim it’s for our “convenience,” but it’s all incredibly suspicious. Avoid doing business with these people at all costs! After moving out, they hit us with ridiculous and unjustified charges for damages we had nothing to do with. This is just another example of their shady and deceitful practices. To top it off, good luck trying to get in touch with anyone at corporate. You’ll only get some rep who just takes messages and never follows up. This company is a nightmare.

Horrible experience trying to even tour the premises. When we got there, we were told the apartment we booked a tour for, a 2 bedroom 1 bath was not even available to tour, even though we were able to book a tour for one and the website said it was available for move in 1 month later. They also are still requiring masks, but don't even have spare disposables to give out to you if you forget yours like every other business who still enforces them does. This may have been understandable when the pandemic was still ongoing but the mask mandates were lifted months ago. Reading reviews, It seems unlike other apartments, they clearly don't care about their existing tenants. So it's no surprise they don't care about future tenants either. Don't waste your time here. Stayed in the E building for roughly a year. Awesome neighbors, unfortunately that's it. My roommate's car was towed from his own spot. On site management is difficult at best, corporate is even worse. My apt had a roof leak (they fixed the leak fast but not the brown water spot) and there were frequent water outages to repair old pipes, usually once or twice a month I was without water for a whole day.. pretty much every single month. There is a problem with cars being broken into, since there is no gate in the front people who don't live in the complex roam through dumpster diving and breaking into unlocked cars. You would think that would warrant a night guard but apparently not. The security just stops by every once in a while during the night and is mainly there to tow cars. Also parking is horrible, guests may have to park 3 or more blocks away. And they always raise rent despite these issues, so glad I left.
