I’ve been a resident at 4550 Cherry Creek for about 6 years. The location is perfect for me - close to work, about a 10-15 min drive or rideshare downtown, and Glendale/Cherry Creek has just about anything I normally want/need. I have friendly neighbors and a community I care about.
I’ve had 2 apartments in my time here and both have been great with most guests commenting on my ample storage and high ceilings (and views, though those vary by unit). Finishes also vary by unit and price point, with updated units being a bit higher. But mine have both been ‘classic’ units and still are nice and very comfortable. The renovated units are obviously nicer, but you get what you pay for!
My first ~5 years were under Greystar management and the building was acquired by STYL last year (2025). The most noticeable change I’ve observed has been the people working in the building. From the leasing and maintenance teams to the front desk - the team is noticeably happier to be at work. As an HR practitioner it’s something I notice, but has led to much more pleasant engagements with building management. My working with the leasing team has been professional and respectful and my maintenance requests are addressed quickly with care. Whenever I need help from the front desk, it never feels like an imposition and they’re always eager to do what they can.
Some folks may comment on renovations timelines and construction, but all I see is investment in my home. Of the renovations completed so far, they are very attractive and appear of sound quality. Of course everyone is eager for them to be completed and it’s taken longer than expected, but Rome wasn’t built in a day and sometimes stuff happens. In the months since STYL has taken then helm, I have seen marked enhancements (both substantial and cosmetic) to the building - not the bandaids Graystar was keen to deploy. Their behavior gave the distinct impression our building was in the bottom stack of Graystar’s portfolio of buildings; whereas STYL’s actions give the impression of investment and simple care. I greatly prefer the latter.
If you look hard enough, you can find fault in ANY rental property, but when you take all things considered, I’m incredibly satisfied with my decision to call 4550 Cherry Creek home. As long as my rent stays reasonably stable and it continues to serve my lifestyle, I intend to stay as long as they let me.

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Kelle at 4550 Cherry Creek. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free.
Kelle’s communication is clear and timely, and she consistently follows through on what she says she will do. It’s evident that she truly cares about residents and takes pride in her work. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference in my experience.
I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend working with her to anyone considering 4550 Cherry Creek.

We had a genuinely good experience with 4550 Cherry Creek Management in Glendale, Colorado.
Makayla, the property manager, and Kelli, leasing representative were great to work with. Makayla handled the lease logistics and application process smoothly and stayed on top of everything while securing the transfer from a 2-bedroom unit to a higher floor 3-bedroom unit for us. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process easy.
Levi, the head of maintenance, and Mike from the maintenance team were outstanding. Our move-in checklist was addressed immediately when we took possession, and their professionalism and skill were obvious right away.
What stood out most was follow-through. Things were handled promptly, communication was solid, and the team clearly takes pride in their work. After dealing with prior management, this was a noticeable and appreciated difference. Highly recommended!

I've lived here since 6/2021. I was never overjoyed with the management when Greystar ran the show but it is next level HORRIBLE now that Styl bout the building. There is no onsite manager (Kahlil was apparently promoted so he's just "covering" until they can hire per the ladies in the office?) The women at the desk are essentially clueless and sometimes, downright wrong AND rude. There is NO pool use allowed since August, they are tearing apart the deck. The BBQ grills have been torn out. The hot tub hasn't worked (no jets) for about a year. They have removed the pool table and the game/common areas are under construction. Worst of all, I live on the second floor immediately above this construction zone and work from home on the phone. I was never warned that there would be hammering, sawing and construction going on all day while I try to work. The trash chute was closed for weeks and even the people on 24 had to bring their garbage down in the elevator (how exactly does a trash chute "break"?) Then we had a flood at 2am (water heater on 5 leaked down into our bedroom) and when I asked to move to an already-empty comparable unit I was told my apartment was habitable so NO. They obviously don't care about retaining loyal and paying tenants. Contacting Styl Corporate office has been useless so far. Good luck to anyone choosing to move in here. Counting the months until our lease is up.

I recently scheduled a tour of this property, so my feedback pertains specifically to their service not the living experience itself. Unfortunately, my visit was marked by a series of unprofessional and unhelpful interactions with two leasing staffs and a representative on call.
On a weekday afternoon, I took time off work to attend this tour. Google Maps does not clearly show the guest parking driveway, so I called the number listed online for assistance. The individual who answered the call sounded disinterested, as if he was either half-asleep or forced to work. It was actually a resident, not the staff who ultimately helped me locate the leasing office.
Once I arrived, I found myself locked out with no assistance from the two leasing representatives who were visibly present one at the front desk and another in a nearby office. I expected one of them to acknowledge my appointment, but instead, they closed the leasing office door. I was again helped by a resident who let me in. Ironically, while I stood outside during my scheduled tour time, I could hear music playing from inside the leasing office, which made the disregard even more apparent.
When I finally began the tour, the staff wearing glasses (they worked on September 16, 2025, at 3:30 PM) seemed impatient from the outset. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, she shifted blame to her colleague and began to argue with me. She insisted they "didn’t have time to complete the tour," despite the fact that I arrived on time and was left waiting due to their negligence. Throughout the brief tour, she remained on her phone and failed to show me any of the core amenities such as the pool, gym, mail room, game room, or parking areas.
In total, three staff members were involved: one over the phone and two in person, yet none demonstrated basic professionalism or courtesy. Ironically, the residents showed more hospitality and helpfulness than the actual leasing team. I guess it’s because they feel the pain!
The property itself is impressive, spacious and aesthetically appealing and it seems like a pleasant place to live. However, this experience raises serious concerns about the quality of service residents can expect, especially when it comes to maintenance and ongoing support. If this is how prospective tenants are treated, one can only imagine the level of assistance offered after move-in.
I strongly urge management to reconsider their hiring and training practices. Employ individuals who are not only competent but genuinely willing to assist and represent the property in a welcoming and professional manner. Based on this visit, I felt like they don't want people to come in, the staffs clearly seemed uninterested in engaging with potential residents. They even forgot that they have to return my drivers license. Imagine!
