I have never had a better experience with an apartment complex. The people in the office are incredibly helpful and polite and always willing to help with any questions I have had. Shoutout to Janit for guiding me through the process! The pool table and gym in the office is so cozy, convenient, and accessible. The pool overlooks the lake and the playground right in the center of the complex is just the icing on the cake. The apartments are incredibly affordable and the security gives me so much peace of mind especially being a mother of 2 young ones. HIGLY RECOMMEND!

The buildings at Esprit were built in the mid-70s. I expected minor leaks and issues due to the age of the property, but I had a big issue occur in my apartment. My apartment is next to a boiler/laundry room and since living here for 10 months, I have had 2 leaks, and a heating pump issue that has been impossible to fix or diagnose. It causes very loud noises that disrupt my sleep. It’s nobody’s fault, just very unlucky. I understand this may be a rare circumstance. However, the maintenance supervisor Luis has done everything in his power to go above and beyond to fix this heating pump issue. He has had multiple parts replaced, multiple plumbers come in, and has kept me updated every step of the way. He respects my time, and my apartment. The office manager Cesar also got involved in this project, and has done whatever he can to rectify the situation. He offered me several options such as moving to a different unit. (i decided not to take any of his options, so it’s really my problem lol) It’s good to know he cares. I can honestly say the management cares about making this a better place to live. They are actively making improvements, and want the residents to be happy. However what others say is relatively true, they don’t do a great job of cleaning the apartments before move in(i have never experienced bedbugs or roaches), but the maintenance staff is impeccable. Any time I put in a request, they are on it ASAP. Any maintenance issue i’ve had has never reoccurred (besides the heat pump). Luis has been understanding, calm and reasonable when I have not been. Whatever you make is not enough. You deserve a vacation and a raise.

I’m thankful to live here. This place has its strengths and its weaknesses. After going in person to address my concerns, the community manager, Cesar, handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The staff is friendly and genuinely wants residents to be happy. While I still think improvements could be made for the market price of rent charged to live here, I now have a better understanding of management’s plans to make those upgrades. Overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and effort to make things right.

I toured this place but did not rent here. The front-desk staff was friendly. The others, couldn’t be bothered. The maintenance at this place looks awful. The elevator STUNK. There was literal feces smeared on the walkway decks outside the apartment doors and they were filthy, in general. There were metal panels falling off of the baseboard heaters. Even the cabinetry work looked bad as there were big gaps between some doors. The bathtubs were dirty and gross-looking, one yellowed, and another missing a drain plug. The toilet in one was running nonstop. There was also one washer and dryer for the entire complex! Of course, it makes me wonder what other issues would be discovered once signing a lease. I’ve stayed in budget places better kept than this place. I was surprised because it’s Cherry Creek. Goes to show that being in Cherry Creek does not automatically mean nice. Needless to say, it was a pass for me.

I have loved my experience at Esprit! I started off as a tenant then started working in the leasing office. I have loved both sides of that! This is one of the nicer properties in the area for the price! The maintenance staff is so hardworking and responsive. The leasing staff are amazing too! The community is so pet friendly and my puppy loved walking around the pond and the dog park! I always felt safe living here as well! You definitely get what you pay for and I would highly recommend! Also love the salt water pool, and it’s so nice that there’s a pond to walk around😍
