Iv been getting raked over the coals by them for long enough. Lives here almost 4 years. Fakest luxury apartments I have ever seen. They are charging over 5000 dollars for a two bedroom and are constantly trying to come into your apartment. Constantly trying to nickel and dime every resident with fees and unwanted services. I’m watching all the families move out one by one and be replaced by rich out of country students with sports cars. Also see the pics below , does this look like a 5000 dollar apartment? Whoever built this had no idea that caulk exists. Peter is cool but that’s beside the point.

Amazing new building! We were welcomed by a professional and hard working management team. Andy, Peter & Jonah are fantastic and always available to help. Brand new appliances, great large private outdoor space & a friendly community. We love it here! Definitely highly recommend wether you live alone or have roommates or a partner; the units are very large and comfortable

Awesome and very professional leasing managment team. I had a good experience touring the community. Andy was very positive and helpful with great attitude. I highly recommend the staff and community. Can see the quality work and material used for the interior of the units. High-tech unit entry and tons of wall plugs :)

We love our new home. Wonderful new spacious apartments, and great contemporary features. Everything is open, airy and quiet. The management staff - Andy and Peter - are very friendly and really responsive. Very happy to be living here!
