Started living here last year when brand new and living in a studio. I really like the location and my room, however, maintenance is absolutely horrible. Anytime I have requested anything it takes multiple requests and I still have markings on my kitchen counters from construction that I put on my move-in issues…I run out of hot water in the shower within 10 minutes AND have had countless issues with my wifi (that is an additional charge monthly as well). I am paying way too much money to be having these issues time and time again. Additionally, the apartment has no amenities like other apartments offer. They are starting to show my room to other people next year because I did not renew my lease and people left mud all over my floors.
