It’s a nice, quiet place to live. Place is kept up well and maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. I have had to submit maintenance requests at night and the next morning, Jose Lopez was already knocking on my apartment door. He is always friendly and has taken care of all maintenance requests thoroughly and completely.

Adagio has attentive customer service, you use the app to make a work order and they are on top of it! Jose is always there when you need him and he makes sure you are happy with any repairs before he leaves. Thanks for keeping the place running smooth!

Jose Lopez of Adagio maintenance team is super helpful in keeping up with maintenance issues I've had in the past while living here. From needing new appliances like laundry machines or refrigerators to plumbing problems, carpet repair, air conditioning or various household troubles, he really knows how to take care of the tenants' maintenance problems and continues to provide us with fully functioning homes. The queen of Adagio has worked her magic once again in my blessed life in her Kingdom that is her Adagio Luxury Rentals. Queen Maryann bestowed yet another elevated position upon me (but her humble servant in thy kingdom) through her grace. My humble life in her kingdom has ever improved under her steadfast and gracious rule. Her ever vigilant and sturdy maintenance staff make my stay in her kingdom an always prosperous one. Thy does not know who is above her in the region to which her kingdom lies, by thy must increase her treasury for thy hard work. If thy queen's demands are not met, thy guards are standing by to raise the regional kingdom to overthrow the current ruler. 😋 The kingdom under her rule has been a prosperous nation. I sign thy letter to thy regional HQ to but highlight the efforts of thy queen and that she may have an increased coin in this day and time to which thy calls a (paycheck). 🤔 I believe is the term. Honestly, Mrs. Maryann is absolutely amazing at what she does and Robert her court jester who is also steadfast in his duties keeping the Queen's kingdom in proper working order.
