The management has been supportive of my friend who has lived here for many years.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If you are thinking of moving here, please do yourself a favor and look to another place. The manager, Cindy, treated me horrible. She lied to me about certain things prior to moving here which was one of the main reasons for deciding to live at this apartment complex. When I spoke to Cindy about it she said, "it is what it is, I can't do anything about it". I went into her office to speak to her and she completely disrespected me. Cindy is not a good representation of a manager. I just moved here a few weeks ago and I wish I could leave now if it wasn't for my 1 year lease. Cindy will treat you nice before living here, but once you sign that paperwork you can say goodbye to that good customer service. The buildings are not well kept at all. You can here every single footstep if you are living on the bottom floor and the people on the top floor don't even need to stomp.

Nice apartment community and neighborhood for the rates - and one of the lowest rates in the area. The apartments are being remodeled, and the remodeled units are gorgeous. Yes, cabinets are just painted over layers and layers, but the remodels have new stainless appliances and granite counters. Patios are large, and it's a pretty quiet community in a decent neighborhood. Nice gym, but equipment is getting old & some doesn't work. Unfortunately, people like to steal weights from the gym. Pool is smaller, but nice, and laundry room works better than most other complexes but it does need cleaned more thoroughly (like lent traps and inside washers). Management company is finally getting landscaping taken care of & it's looking better. Water does get shut off a lot, but I don't think people realize that water has to be shut off every time a vacated apartment is being turned for a new renter. However, I do notice more plumbing issues here than I see at other properties. Kids don't have an outdoor playground, but I would be wary about kids playing outside anyway because there are some weird adults that hang around and walk through the complex & there are a lot of homeless that form camps on the back side of the property. We have noticed a lot of theft and vehicle vandalism lately, but it's not happening from residents but from the homeless in the area. All in all, we've been satisfied here. It's close to everything you need & convenient. Edited to remark about the 1-star review because they weren't allowed to rent a 1-bedroom unit - that is state law, not any fair housing discrimination. 2 people per bedroom and 1 on the couch are CA rules. The 2-bedroom apartment homes here are pretty awesome.

Cindy!!!! Shes an excellent version of what going above and beyond for someone is. She wants her community to represent her personality and let me tell you... its starting to! She told us the good the bad and the ugly and importantly she didnt make us feel like a dollar amount. She encouraged to shop around and do what feels right for our family. She was honest caring and just so nice! We are hopefully moving in oct and cant wait. All apartments come with patios and some are being redone. Its affordable and the inside is cozy! Thank you cindy!!
