Avoid Trio Townhomes – Not Worth the Money I lived at Trio Townhomes for a year, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it. One of the biggest daily frustrations was the garage parking situation. Getting in and out is a constant headache, especially since you’re often stuck waiting for neighbors to move their cars. And when someone moves out (which happens often), forget about using your garage or even parking nearby — it becomes a complete mess. Make sure to document everything during your move-in. Take detailed photos and keep records, because management will try to charge you for damages or items left behind by the previous tenant. Speaking of management, they were a nightmare to deal with. I scheduled a move-out inspection three separate times, and they didn’t show up once. Eventually, I gave up — that’s how little they seemed to care. BUT PUSH FOR A MOVE OUT INSPECTION WITH THEM. Do not allow them to do it on their own they will screw you. The garage adds no real value, and the property has zero amenities to justify the rent. I’ve since moved into an apartment that offers a gym and pool — yes, I wash my car a bit more often now, but the overall quality of life is so much better. At first glance, the townhomes might seem like a good deal, but by the end of your lease, you’ll likely regret it. They also increased rent, as most landlords do, but without adding any value in return. Save your money and find a place that actually gives you something back for what you’re paying.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND they have people moving out back to back as well as so far that I’ve counted 5 vacant homes that should tell you a lot. We moved in November 13 2024, excited to have a bigger home with a garage since we had recently welcomed our baby. First thing I noticed when I moved in is they had zero repairs to what the previous person left behind all they did was paint the walls. I asked for them to fix the garage, fix the flooring that was filled with scratches the kitchen counters were scratched and just messed up from previous renters dings on the fridge. It took them almost a month to fix the garage they had someone come give a quote but instead they cheaped out and got it from a vacant home. The flooring never got fixed I just told them to stop trying to schedule it and never come. The washers had a horrible smell and still do we just dealt with it after all because we knew it would be a hassle since they only have ONE maintenance guy. For 3 or 4 properties it’s hard to get in contact with them for some reason everytime you try to go to the leasing office it’s closed and they aren’t there. And for my military folks they do not care about you. My husband is deploying soon and so he got a deployment letter to vacate since we are taking this opportunity to just leave because of how horrible it is here, however as all my military people know it’s almost impossible to get an exact date for when you are FORSURE deploying however we were still able to give a 30 day notice. But they are charging us the full month of July even though we would be gone July 19th and have a deployment letter. Michelle had said we would be pro rated meanwhile the “manager” who apparently has been there forever but knows nothing about the current tenants said we have to pay the full month even though we will be moving out and not staying the full month. I’ve been in the navy myself 9 years moved from state to state and deployed 4 times to where I have to break leases and I have never had to deal with this I always get pro rated. This just shows they are money hungry since they are losing tenants. Their tenant retention sucks but I see why now ! And also all floor plans are the same but some how some people are paying 3195 and then someone else is paying 3400 or even 3500 there’s no stable price here and they raise up the rent when your lease comes to an end without really a heads up but that’s pretty standard I guess. In the 8 months of being here I’ve seen more people move out than people move in.
