Just got a notification that Westlink sent us to collections over a $55 cleaning charge nearly 4 years after we moved out. They have my phone number and forwarding address and have not reached out prior to this.
The audacity of doing this after leaving us without air conditioning for a year is insane.
I understand that property managers rarely last 6 months there, but if the current one could contact us and have this charge removed, that would be appreciated.

We’ve had an excellent move-in experience at Westlink. Everything has been smooth and well organized from the beginning. Every request we submitted (washer/dryer replacement, ceiling light fix, and even a parking space change) was handled very quickly. All the leasing office staff are warm and friendly, and we especially appreciate Jenae for being incredibly responsive and helpful. My partner even joked that Westlink is the BEST apartment in the world (not just one of them)!
We actually moved here from a nearby apartment because of some security concerns there. At Westlink, we’ve seen staff checking the gym around 10 pm, which shows the property takes safety seriously and makes the community feel well cared for.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with our decision to live here and would highly recommend Westlink.

I moved to WesttLink at Oak Station one year ago. This is the first apartment that I have lived in for many years. Jenae, has been instrumental in making my transition seamless, along with the rest of the staff. She is always professional, listens and addresses my questions and concerns. In addition, she continually does her best to accommodate my requests. I am grateful for her kindness and willingness to encourage good will between WestLink and the their residents.
This apartment complex offers many amenities. There gym is well maintained, the office space is immaculate and inviting. They have a small business section- if you need the use of a computer and a printer one is always available!
The pool and hot tub are open year round; unheard of in apartment living! They have a BBQ area available for residents use, as well as a doggy spa to wash your fur babies.
Maintenance. headed up by Jason is amazing. You can put in a work order to have something looked at or repaired in your apartment- literally in the blink of
an eye they are at your door.
The grounds are well maintained and perfectly manicured.
The best decision and choice of places to live that I’ve made since moving into an apartment.

I’m so thankful to have lived at Westlink Oak Station for the past three years. My experience here has been absolutely wonderful! The apartment community is beautiful, the maintenance team is quick to respond and fix any issues, and the management team is always kind and helpful with any concerns.
A special thanks to Priscilla — she’s amazing, professional, and always willing to help. I truly appreciate everything she’s done for me and my family. I’ll definitely miss this place, and if I ever return, I know exactly where I’ll live again.

I love my 2bd 2ba here! The apartment is spacious and well planned to give me and my roommate our privacy. The bathtubs are soak worthy even for us more curves gals! The appliances are pretty new and the apartment is well insulated so I haven't had to spend much on electricity or hear my neighbors intimate discussions! If I have had any maintenance issues the maintenance team (Abraham and Joe) are on it. The leasing office staff (Martha, Charity, Priscilla) are always sweet and helpful. The property is very pet friendly so even when I miss my dog plenty of neighbors are open to share their pet’s love and a chat. For me the location is close enough to get the fun of Denver without being in the crowded city.
