  We lived there for almost a year- do not recommend. There were so many problems with our apartment that they would “fix” and wouldn’t actually be fixed. LOUD pipes all night, box elder bugs all over, very hot in summer, ceiling leaked, etc. Rent looks cheap but utilities were very expensive, parking overpriced, and very high penalties for ending the contract early. We also did not get our full deposit back, even though our apartment was spotless. Not worth living here or any apartments by Spectrum.
